Bachmühle

The Bachmühle was built in 1991 by the township of Bischofshofen. The land on which the mill stands was provided by the brook farmer. The mechanical interior comes from the original Hüttau mill, which stood on Donnerbachgraben until the early 1950s. It was operated by large and small stock farmers to process grain, wheat and maize. When the electric current arrived at the farms, the mill was dismantled and at the Kleinstockerhof, the parental home of Vice Mayor Wetti Saller. In 1991 the grinder was built into the newly built Bachmühle.
